Inspired by the story of Prophet Yunus (AS), this mixed media painting reflects themes of repentance, hope and Allah's mercy.

At its centre is the dua recited by Yunus (AS):

"La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimeen."

"There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."

The deep blue background evokes the darkness of the sea, while the aged tea-stained paper bears the opening verses of Surah Yunus, inspired by the appearance of historic Quranic manuscripts.
